My name is Omotola E.

My name is Omotola E. Omotayo,

Omotayo,

a seasoned community builder, project manager, and passionate advocate for diversity in tech. I’ve led impactful initiatives, built inclusive communities, and driven collaborative projects across the tech ecosystem. My passion for supporting and uplifting others has been a driving force throughout my life, guiding my career path and inspiring my commitment to creating inclusive and equitable opportunities in technology.

Growing up, I always believed in the power of connection, The idea that when people come together, they can achieve remarkable things. But as I embarked on my career, I realized something: not everyone has access to the spaces or resources to connect, thrive, or grow.

That realization sparked a mission within me: to create opportunities where none existed and build communities and programs that inspire, empower, and uplift.

Hi, I’m Omotola Eunice Omotayo, a community builder, digital strategist, and inclusion advocate on a mission to help people and brands own their voices, show their spark, and lead with purpose.

From a small town in Nigeria to global stages and recognition as a Global Talent by the UK Home Office, my journey has been a vibrant fusion of creativity, courage, and conscious leadership. As the founder of Elegance Media, I lead a growing collective that empowers entrepreneurs, creators, and change-makers to be seen, heard, and celebrated. We blend bold storytelling with digital marketing, events, and community building to amplify voices that deserve the spotlight.

As a woman in tech from an underrepresented background, I’ve stood at the intersection of technology innovation and people. Through leadership roles and collaborations with global teams, I’ve designed solutions that don’t just work but uplift.

I have:

  • Built initiatives that support talents from underrepresented groups, career seekers, builders, and changers.
  • Organized, spoke at, and contributed to events focused on tech empowerment, leadership, and digital inclusion, both locally and globally.
  • Worked and partnered with local and international organizations to build and launch purpose-driven programs that drive engagement and sustainable impact.

My belief in purpose-powered visibility and lifelong learning is rooted in my academic and professional path. I hold a degree in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria; I studied Corporate Innovation at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and I’m currently honing my project management skills at the University of London, focusing on sustainability. I’ve worked across diverse sectors, from nonprofits, open source, and financial inclusion to tech, digital media, education, legal support, and community engagement, building programs and platforms championing  equity, visibility, and sustainable impact.

My superpower? A “moving brain box,” endlessly curious brain, always organizing and obsessively solution-oriented. I focus on getting things done with heart, detail, and purpose.

I don’t just build platforms. I build people, programs, and belonging.

Dreaming up bold ideas, asking hard questions, or looking to create meaningful impact, I’m here for it.
